Demetris Achilleos is a qualified Advocate and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, having been admitted to practice law in 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from Kingston University, London.

Since joining Oxford Management Limited in 2009, Demetris has become an integral member of the firm’s senior management team. As Senior Manager, he oversees a substantial portfolio of international corporate structures and advises private clients, entrepreneurs, multinational groups, and professional intermediaries on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, and tax-related matters.

With extensive expertise in corporate law, international tax planning, cross-border structuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, trusts, and fiduciary services, Demetris provides strategic legal and commercial advice designed to meet the complex needs of international businesses and high-net-worth individuals. He has considerable experience in structuring international transactions, establishing and maintaining corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Working closely with clients, financial institutions, legal professionals, and international service providers, Demetris is recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client service.

In addition to his advisory role, Demetris regularly authors professional articles and publications on developments in international tax planning, corporate law, fiduciary services, and regulatory compliance, reflecting his commitment to thought leadership and continuous professional development.
