Nicole Chrysanthou graduated from Kingston University, London, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Nicole is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s marketing and business development strategy. She oversees the promotion of the firm’s services across local and international markets, strengthens relationships with clients and professional intermediaries, and enhances the firm’s corporate image and brand presence.

She plans and coordinates a wide range of marketing initiatives, including educational seminars, webinars, conferences, networking events, newsletters, and digital marketing campaigns. Her role also includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strategic relationships with international associates, preparing promotional material, and ensuring that clients and professional partners remain informed of the latest developments in international tax planning, corporate structuring, wealth management, offshore services, trusts, and regulatory matters.

In addition, Nicole is responsible for coordinating the firm’s participation in international exhibitions, business forums, and industry events, promoting Oxford Management Limited’s services and expanding its global network of clients and associates.
