Aggela Petrou has been a member of the Corporate Department of Oxford Management Limited since 2026.

She is responsible for maintaining the company’s corporate records and statutory registers, preparing corporate and regulatory documentation, coordinating Board of Directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements, and providing comprehensive administrative support to management.

Prior to joining Oxford Management Limited, Aggela gained valuable experience working with other corporate service providers, where she developed a strong background in corporate administration and regulatory compliance.
