Fani Kapari has been a member of the Legal Department of Oxford Management Limited since 2022.

Fani is an experienced advocate and legal advisor with extensive expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law. Prior to joining Oxford Management Limited, she practised with leading law firms in Cyprus, gaining significant experience in advising both local and international clients.

She specialises in corporate legal matters, providing strategic legal advice and ongoing guidance to Cyprus and foreign companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues. Her expertise also extends to commercial transactions, corporate restructuring, and real estate matters, where she advises and represents clients throughout the transaction process.

In addition, Fani oversees the firm’s corporate litigation matters, coordinating legal proceedings and working closely with external counsel to ensure the effective management and successful resolution of clients’ cases.
