Medea Pelekanou has been a member of the Compliance Department of Oxford Management Limited since 2010.

Medea is a highly experienced and dedicated compliance professional with extensive expertise in corporate administration, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) regulations, as well as corporate governance and statutory compliance requirements.

She is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing administration of the Group’s compliance framework, ensuring that all internal policies, procedures and due diligence processes are fully aligned with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements. She oversees the firm’s Know Your Client (KYC) and customer due diligence procedures while maintaining effective compliance monitoring and internal control systems.

As an experienced Compliance Officer, Medea plays a key role in ensuring that the Group operates in full compliance with both national and international regulatory standards. She works closely with all departments, providing guidance on compliance matters, addressing regulatory issues, and supporting staff with practical advice to promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical business conduct throughout the organisation.
