Yianna Paraskeva has been a member of the Corporate Department of Oxford Management Limited since 2017.

Yianna is an experienced corporate administrator with extensive expertise in company incorporations, corporate administration, corporate restructurings, and trust administration. She provides comprehensive support to both Cyprus and international clients, ensuring that all corporate matters are handled efficiently and in full compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.

She specialises in the incorporation and ongoing administration of companies, corporate restructurings, shareholder and director changes, the establishment of trusts, and the preparation of all related corporate documentation. Yianna also conducts the initial compliance review of clients and associated entities as part of the firm’s client acceptance procedures.

Prior to joining Oxford Management Limited, Yianna gained valuable experience working with established regional firms, further strengthening her expertise in corporate services and compliance.
